Please keep in mind that processing times and shipping times are different.

Shipping times at checkout do not include processing time.

Packages are processed and sent out for shipping Monday through Thursday (if ordered by 3pm PST)

 

Returns

We are currently not accepting ANY returns or exchanges at this time, Thank you for your understanding.

 

Issues

Please inspect your order after receiving it and contact CleoBelle's immediately for any defective, missing or wrong items so that we can correct any issues.

 

Lost/Stolen

CleoBelle's Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please check your tracking information. If you have not received your package and it states that it has been delivered to the address that you provided, please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777 to report a claim. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported to USPS.
